Jacqueline Claassen is a star!

I dealt with Jacqueline Claassen telephonically a few days ago about a very contentious matter. She was polite at all times and went out of her way repeatedly to resolve the issue on an urgent basis. I think she is an extremely kind human being and an example to us all on how to deal with the public. I truly hope that her exemplary conduct is acknowledged at Angor.
