*****'s , i am trying to sort out a levy account since October 2016. They have not corrected my account. They have been charging interest and collection fees based on their mistake from me. They must be the worst company i ever dealt with. I have dealt with several individuals including Paul and Kerry. They are not interested since they bill interest and collection charges. They are not a company to work with any administration.
ANGOR act on instruction from the Directors of the Estate. Your request to remove charges from your account is with the Directors, who are the only ones who can instruct ANGOR to remove the charges.
Levy contribution payments must be paid monthly before the 7th of the month, as per the Estate’s Articles of Association, otherwise interest is charged on the account. Regular monthly payments were not received, so interest was charged monthly. As the account is in arrears, it was handed by the Directors of the Estate to a debt collection company. The debt collectors charge fees, as per the Debt Collectors Act, for the collection of the arrears. Since the account was not settled timeously, the Directors instructed the debt collectors to escalate the matter to attorneys. The attorneys are now dealing with the matter. The debt collectors and the attorneys have been in contact with you throughout this process.
Once ANGOR receives communication from the Directors, indicating their decision on the charges you requested be removed, ANGOR will communicate their decision to you.
The account will remain with the attorneys until such time as it is settled in full.
