I have been ****** for almost a year.
They can't get anything done. Useless. Been having an issue with the electricity billing since for over six months now. These people do not want to accept that there is something wrong with their meter. Two months ago they said it was the geyser taking so much power. They came to the unit replace something by the geyser and even made me pay for it. Now two months later the bill comes back as R5302, 62 units per day. This is very absurd!! I have been ****** for almost a year. live at The Kennedy.

23 Nov 2020, 13:21Thank you for contacting us on Hello Peter.
We confirm that high electricity usage was reported to us in September 2020. ANGOR escalated the problem to the Estate Manager who contacted Energy Max, the preferred electrician for the Scheme. Energy Max dealt directly with you as the owner of the unit. The Estate Manager reported that the thermostat was determined to be faulty and was replaced.
According to your call on Friday 20 November 2020, the subsequent electricity bill has not reduced and you suspected another reason for the high electricity bill. ANGOR escalated the query to the Estate Manager and Energy Max on Friday. Both the Estate Manager and Energy Max inspected your unit on Friday 20 November 2020. They tested the geyser and determined that there is a fault with the geyser. Energy Max recommended that the geyser be replaced as an insurance claim.
Please note that ANGOR is responsible for managing the finances of your Scheme, and bill owners according to the readings and information received. ANGOR cannot be held liable for faults with onsite equipment and appliances. As the geyser belongs to the owner of the associated unit, maintenance and repairs of such are for the owner’s account. The Scheme’s insurance policy may cover the geyser replacement.
Please liaise with the Estate Manager to identify the source of the high electricity usage.
