An update , currently don't have both water and electricity no one wants to help me make arrangements , angor sends me to the trustees who can not provided me prior written notice or even An AOD. Someone at Angor please help , ease not Wallace khumalo ,

As previously communicated, all payment arrangements are handled directly by the Trustees, in line with Sectional Title legislation.
