Great Service from Belinda Huysamen

I am one of the owner in Greenstone Ridge managed by Angor. In October, I discovered that the unit number of my water meter was marked incorrectly, so I have been paying water bills for another unit and the other unit was paying my water bills. I escalated this matter to Angor and Belinda gladly assisted me with doing the water bill recon for the past 18 months and she has done it really accurately and timely. She also got the adjustment approved already and the adjustments will be posted on the 1 Dec 2022 statements. She has been very friendly, responsive and her efficiency has impressed me so much. I really value her hard work and active assistance in this matter. She makes me more confident with Angor’s management on our estate!
