Thanks to the Angor team in Fourways for the past 12+ years as a property owner with them as a managing agent. 1. The client platform for owners helped me catch-up on overdue tax returns (2-3+ years) and made it simple to manage it going forward. 2. They're proactive across all areas from communications and regular monthly statements to the responsiveness of their teams. 3. They proactively followed up with me for a refund due that I was not aware of - not once but on multiple occasions and the payment was completed within 2 days with full visibility - thank you Veronica and Teesh! 4. Their leadership seems to have a strong tech strategy, with a healthy culture and people that want to help - it goes a long way.
