A client took occupation of their purchased home situated in a Secure Estate in Broadacres, Johannesburg where each owner is loaded onto an access control system.

An initial glitch in the upload delayed the owners abilty to manage the access control portal. This was both aggravating and an unnecessary waste of time for the busy executive owner.
