Glenvista Village, Glenvista: Security Lights on Stairwell for Units 17-20

I would like to thank Lilanie Bernhardt for her efficient customer service. I had been battling for two months to get security lights repaired to our units stairwell in Glenvista Village complex as well as the lights to our carports.

I had initially reported the outage to management and absolutely nothing had been acknowledged or done which was extremely frustrating as this was a huge risk and tenants could easily have fallen as the stairwell was totally in the dark.

Lilanie ensured that the lights were repaired within two days!
