*********** managing agents! Since taking over the management of our complex i have experienced nothing but issues!
If you try to call their offices, you are left waiting on hold indefinitely.
Every month there are billing issues which they cannot provide satisfactory explanations for. Every month now it is necessary to double-check the billing (which also comes out late every month, I will add!) as there will be oversights and mistakes. The only thing you can be certain of is that, when in doubt, they will bill the highest value they can.
Every month a different mechanism is app**** to the CSOS calculation; their default approach seems to be to charge to the max allowed, R40, and their internal processes fall over and lack consistency as soon as they actually have to calculate this value. Even with multiple individuals from Angor on the communication, feedback is slow and inconsistent.
I would strongly advise people to avoid Angor property management and will think twice before buying any further properties where they are managing agents.

The latest statement received corrections to the CSOS levy resulting from a reduction in domestic effluent costs, as charged by the City of Johannesburg. Unless the municipality again changes their billing structure or amount, you should now see consistency in the calculation.
