Anglo Property Specialist (Pty)Ltd T/A Townhouse Warehouse have not only proven to be specialist in property but ******ion as well . Zarina Jhinnabhoy the accounts administrator has ******ed part of the deposit money which was due to my Family after we moved out of the property we were renting from them . She claimed we had left the bin outside after the body corporate had issued a notice that no unit is to live Bins outside the door . Despite my efforts to get this sorted out as i had strongly disputed this , she failed to give forth evidence to support her claims . I will take this matter to the small claims court and to consumer protector to make sure that they don't get away with this and that they don't do it to others who may have no resource to take them to court . <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Townhouse Warehouse to Angor Property Specialists - Rentals by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>

The fine was imposed by the Body Corporate, as per the conduct rules of the complex, and not by ANGOR. The fine was disputed by ANGOR on your behalf with the Trustees of the complex. The final Trustee decision was to uphold and enforce the fine. ANGOR acts on instruction from the owner and Trustees, therefore cannot reverse the fine.
A rental deposit is required to cover any damage to the unit and to cover outstanding costs when the tenant vacates the unit. Deductions were made from your deposit to cover the cost of maintenance required caused by you during your stay, which was discussed with you, as well as to cover outstanding costs for water and electricity utilised by you.
