Excellent Assistance given by Melani Van Niekerk, Insurance Liaison Officer for Angor Property Specialists

Melani Van Niekerk from Angor Property Specialists is our liaison officer for all insurance claims, queries and questions which are submitted from the Via Siena Body Corporate to our insurance company.

She is an amazing link between our Body Corporate and our insurance company. She forwards all insurance correspondence immediately she receives it to the relevant party and never fails to follow up (sometimes numerous times) until the claim has been settled or the issue resolved.

Melani has certainly gone the extra mile each and every time I have needed correspondence sent to our insurance company and we, the Body Corporate of Via Siena, value her assistance highly.
