Don't respond to our calls

I have been trying to call their office for weeks with no luck. Their phones will just be on the music but no one will answer. Sometimes you will get hold the receptionist lady will promise to transfer you to Bianca but she never answers. We receive statements for money we don't know what it is for and expected to pay without any explanation. If don't pay the hand over your account and no one will even bother to answer to your emails or calls.
