Disgust is an UNDERSTATEMENT

Angor is a sad excuse of a property management agency. If I can provide any advice, steer clear of any property run by this joke of a company. The portfolio manager of the complex I own property in, Oscar Wisniewski, is a rude, arrogant and argumentative man that is very happy to ***** from those whose interests he has been appointed to protect and uphold.

The estate is mismanaged and the owners are disrespected at every turn. It seems they aim to corner their residents, leaving no options or resolution.

This specific property is a health hazzard and an eye sore, making living conditions almost unlivable.

The costs (just shy of R6000 levies) monthly, are making it near impossible to sell or rent my appartment out. Over and above that, nobody is willing to tell us where that money is going. The completely dilapidated state of the estate, despite my efforts of attaining information regarding the financial standing of the estate has been blatantly ignored by Oscar Wisniewski and ANGOR. Any effort that I have suggested to improve my living contionion has been overlooked and rejected.

Being a qualified Human Physiologist, and living with a qualified Microbiologist, we are well aware of the health risks involved in the appalling neglect of of our basic needs (such as the sewerage system). The gardens are also used as a storage facility for items such as razor wire fences and plant material, where children play.

Something needs to be done and ANGOR, along with their board, should be held accountable.

I met with an estate agent today, to aid in the sale of my property, as I can no longer live in these conditions. And was told that she had lost a sale recently because her clients had met the estate manger (Charles) and refused to live in an estate managed by him.

We stand united as owners in this estate and should no effort be made to remedy our situation IMMEDIATELY! We will be left with no choice but to take this further. And every platform will be used to used to do so.

The Estate Manager is appointed by the Scheme and reports directly to the Board of Trustees. The Estate Manager’s role is to manage all maintenance-related concerns at The Kennedy.   You have two levies on your account: R2 198.89 Admin Levy and R538.23 Maintenance Levy, totaling R2 737.12.  There is a current maintenance plan in place, and the Estate Manager and Board of Trustees are attending to the maintenance of the Scheme as best they can.  The Estate Manager has set up a meeting with yourself later this week to understand your specific concerns.  ANGOR’s role is to handle the financial administration of the Scheme, and to assist the Board of Trustees in the financial scheduling of maintenance of the communal areas, if required.

Please not as pe my conversation with Oscar today, witnesse by Rogerio Dean Carneiro, in Oscar's own words "Angor is not responsible for any maintenance on the complex". He puts full blame on Charls the estate manager and refuses to take responsibility. He also states that he will not give out any information of the trustees to resolve this issue. Please check your call records at 12.10 pm 31 August 2020.
