Countless Emails Ignored
Gerhard Johannes Janse Van Vuuren has ignored countless emails relaying how he assured me that him recording what I insisted to be a white stain like how we recorded it when we moved in- as an iron mark instead would not make a difference and was essentially the same thing. I have reiterated over and over again both to him and Joanne Crisp, his manager, that I insist that he responds - that he confirms what I am saying in writing , or offers his account of events so that we can move on with the reimbur*****t of the deposit to the tenant (Ntobeko Zwane) - who is recorded on the lease agreement and was there when the entry inspection took place but was not there when the exit inspection took place. (Gerhard also said that his name should be put on the exit inspection (as this was to merely reflect whose name the lease was under) and not the actual person with whom the inspection took place with. I took what he said as truth and trusted is as Estate Agent registered with the EAAB and one working for an establishment such as Angor.
We have checked our records and can report the following: Our Rental Manager received your first email in mid-January and responded to several questions, advising you that she had asked the agent to report back to you directly with regard to the inspection he had done with the tenant. We apologise that this was not carried through. She also responded to your second email end January with regard to the additional question of the incorrect remote you returned to the agent which is being arranged for your collection.
When you mailed her again this morning, she has since responded, assuring you that the agent would report back to you before close of business today and will ensure that this is actioned. With regard to your query about the inspection having been completed by the tenant, this is standard and the tenant is required to sign acceptance that the report is accurate.
