Clearance Department Assistance

I requested assistance from the Clearance Department in kindly advising if/when units in the complex I manage request clearances or are registered into a new Owners name and in all honestly I was expecting a long essay on why this was not possible etc but they did it, just like that - was super impressed and truly grateful as it definitely will make my life a whole lot easier.
