Burst Pipe
I spoke to Melanie re an insurance claim that I had due to a burst pipe in my townhouse. Melanie was EXTREMELY efficient, friendly and knowledgeable!! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Melanie both via email and telephonically!! Although the burst pipe was inconvenient, Melanie made it all a million times better with her knowledge and helpfulness. Thank you Melanie, you are appreciated!!!!
