Melani was so very helpful and friendly which I appreciated as this is the first time that I have lodged a claim since moving into my property. She made the entire process so easy: the claim has been settled and finalized already which is very impressive as I received the documents last week. Thank you Melani - I really appreciate all the help that you gave me.
