Burst Geyser

Melani van Niekerk assisted me with my insurance claim when the geyser in one of my rental units burst. She emailed me all the forms and answered any questions I had timeously. She was patient when my plumbers had not yet sent the CoC and she ensured that my claim was submitted in time. I had already paid the plumbers and she helped me with the refund process. It was a pleasure dealing with her.
