Breach of Confidentiality and Complete Loss of Trust

I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Angor Property Specialists. I specifically requested that my identity remain confidential when submitting a complaint. Despite this clear instruction, my personal details were shared with the trustees — individuals who are openly biased and prejudiced toward me.

This disclosure goes directly against my expressed wishes and has caused unnecessary distress. It is deeply concerning that a managing agent, who is expected to act professionally and impartially, would disregard such an important request for confidentiality.

This experience has completely eroded my confidence in Angor’s ability to protect the privacy and trust of bond owners. I expected professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I will be escalating this matter to the relevant authorities, as no property owner should have to face prejudice or exposure after clearly requesting anonymity.
