We appointed Angor as our third managing agent in 2019, it took 3 months to for them to implement owners AGM resolutions and in 12 months, we managed to have control on levies and et owners to pay. Registered COJ Account belonging to BC. Exposed incorrect audits and missing funds, started paying our monthly services including municipality and still had savings. 24 months we have paving and painting renovation. Register with CSOS, handed over reported owners not 0aying levies to CSOS and got court orders on most accounts. Got owners to work together and have better planning. Insured our complex building and maintenance projects. Came with better security and service provider policies.
