BABY LIVING IN HOUSE FULL OF MOULD!
To go this far, is to show how frustrated I am with Angor & it's property management, or lack thereof in this case! Our bathroom & bedroom is so full of black mould, it's despicable! This is just ONE of the problems we have in this rental. Upon viewing this was the best apartment ever, but living in it has been a nightmare! But then again, I should've assumed the kind of service I would receive when we moved in to a dirt filthy place filled with wood & unused carpets ON THE DAY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN. My sons health is my priority & this mould is a health hazard!! In the bedrooms too! I would never advise anyone to move into this place when we leave. 54 Inyati Sands!! I'm so angry!!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
We were very surprised to receive your complaint on Hello Peter as this is the first time you have brought this matter to our attention. We keep a strict record of all communication we receive on every rental unit we manage. On checking our records, we see that when the lease was renewed on 1 Oct 2014 there was no mention of mould in the unit. We have received a report regarding the toilet seat, but we have not received any communication regarding mould in the unit. Our records also show that the unit was fully painted in Nov 2013 when you first took occupation and there was no evidence of mould at that time.
We will naturally follow up this complaint and will have the problem attended to promptly.
