Assistance with Burst Geyser

On my way back home from spending my birthday away, I was called to alert me to my geyser having burst. As you can imagine this was not great news especially coming from a wonderful time away but the team at Angor and Copper Star Plumbers were fast, professional and incredibly supportive and had everything in place to fix my geyser before I arrived back home. Melani van Niekerk was particularly very helpful, sending me the necessary paperwork, timeframes and offering to directly help me with the process of claiming from our body corporate insurance. She followed up to make sure all was in order from my side and helped close this unplanned event. Big thank you to Melani, and everyone at Angor and Copper Star for taking the worry out of a potentially very stressful event and in turn made it so easy and helped me so quickly that I could move on as soon as possible :)
