Wallace is useless , I send an email to make legal arrangements since , the place i live at had issues with the previous management company , Wallace sends me to my neighbors 'trustees" to make arrangements, what's the point of being a management company if you not gonna manage or being at the legal department, its like calling the bank to make arrangements only to be told to consult the people at your work place, this is what i got after my first attempt to make arrangementsPlease reply to all including trustees on Eagles Communications who will assist you accordingly.

As per the governance of your Body Corporate, all levy debtor payment arrangements are handled directly by the Trustees of the Body Corporate. It is the Trustees’ fiduciary duty, according to Sectional Title legislation, to manage the financial affairs of the Scheme, they are the decision-making authority and therefore, the terms of any payment arrangement lie solely with them.

Upon receiving your initial request, Wallace Khumalo promptly escalated it to the Trustees via email on 9 June 2025, at 11:39 AM. The Trustees then reviewed your request and provided their minimum requirements for a payment arrangement to be entered into, which Wallace communicated to you on 10 June 2025, at 10:49 AM.

As Wallace advised in his email, the Trustees will assist you, as soon as you comply with the stated Body Corporate requirements. You are encouraged to engage directly with the Trustees for any further communication, by replying to the email chain that includes them.

Please be assured that Wallace has accurately conveyed your situation and request to the Trustees and did so speedily, as mentioned before.
