ANGOR management and its employee has no empathy respect and understanding to owners,

i have been staying in arundo estate for 3 years now and i have never ever missed paying my rates tax and levies in those years, this year the so called ANGOR property management who manages the estate have been really rude to owners,at 1st they blocked everyone who failed to pay to enter at the main entrance inconveniencing us all who paid as the que at the gate delayed us to waiting almost 30minutes to an hour before entering the estate, this Month of November im in the process of transferring my house into the new owner as i managed to sell it,the Attorneys taking care of this process are also settling all my November rates tax and levies, and this ANGOR people decide to block me at the gate entrance now i cant enter using my phone, to make things worse they hired rude *********** disrespectful ladies at the office just like them,i called the office to explain this so that they stop inconveniencing me,and the lady hanged up on me. ANGOR has zero respect, empathy and understanding to owners of property in the arundo estate,as i was going through the list at the security gate and seeing that a lot of owners are writing down to enter and it came to my head that as a owner after being so loyal and tolerating all the nonsense the estate and this ANGOr management has done to us, if i had continues to be staying in these arundo eatate, after this experience i was also going to stop paying my levies, just because ANGOR has no empathy and respect for owners, its making us also sick n tired of wanting to respect them and its employees.

regards irritated, disappointed owner of 9 sedge close at arundo estate.

A resolution was passed by the Board of Directors to enforce the de-activation of biometrics and the intercom on any accounts which are not paid timeously. Access is not denied into the Estate, however, residents are required to sign in when entering the Estate.

The Directors have issued an instruction that no access will be re-instated (biometric and intercom) unless the full outstanding amount has been paid and reflects on the account, and ANGOR has confirmed such to the Directors and Estate Manager in writing.

The Estate Manager attends to the re-instating of the biometrics and intercom, once payment reflects.

ANGOR’s role in the abovementioned process is simply to provide the Estate Manager and Directors with the outstanding balances by the 8th of each month (levies are due by the first, and grace is given until the 7th of each month for payments to reflect).

ANGOR acts purely on instruction from the Directors and has not made any decision to manage access control on behalf of the Directors.
