Angor is pathetic
I have lived in a complex for 9 years which I own, I have been issued a fine of 800 in the last 3 weeks i have left as I have sold and moving out , the fine is for a pet that lived with me for the duration I have lived there , they supposed to be be property specialist and give guidance to Trustees this trustee Andries has been to my place several times and only now decides to issue me with a fine ? I have stated i lived there prior to pet rules and do not have any written communication as it was verbal at and AGM , I have asked Anton and the trustees several times for the break down and why only now after 9 years I am shocked, yet I have complained about damages to my ceiling and tiles outside which they are responsible for yet they cannot fix that , theses people are useless and and have no clue how to manage!!!! and please do not tell me its the trustee decision if he is byist and says they all animals must be killed will angor agree , use your damn logic , ask the same question i am don't just send me a fine fools.

In brief, despite our requests for you to furnish proof that you have written permission from the trustees to keep a pet on the premises, you have not done so. Without this written proof, you are in contravention of the complex rules and the fine is legally enforceable. We have consulted with the Chairman of your complex and he has not approved a reversal of the fine.
