Angor is a terrible estate management company.
I’ve been complaining about a bathroom smell and leak since I moved in when I bought the place. I have been sent from pillar to post and no one has come to fix my bathroom. I’ve emailed Elandie Steyn multiple times and I’m still here with this headache. Anyone advice me which steps to take further? Angor is our complex management and I’m getting no joy from them.

ANGOR is appointed as the financial administrators for the scheme and our services include the monthly distribution of levy statements, payment of creditors and secretarial duties.
Van De Sandt Estate Managers are the appointed estate managers and are responsible for the on-site related matters, common property maintenance and day-to-day running of the scheme. Van De Sandt Estate Managers, for example, assist with access control, maintenance issues and requests.
