Belinda has taken it upon herself to assist the owner with an early proforma levy statement so that the owner can recover his cost of utilities from his vacating tenant, failing which the owner will lose his recovery opportunity once the tenant has vacated, leaving the owner to foot the expenses incurred by the ex-tenant.

Addressing the Need Belinda has shown willingness to support the urgent need with the tenant vacating very shortly, notwithstanding this is not a usual service offered by Angor. She understands the financial distress of the owner in order avoid future debt collection litigation or clog up the CSOS help queue. This makes for a happy owner and body corporate as the owner is then able to fund any future levies due until he finds another tenant. It also raises excellent goodwill for Angor as Managing Agent. The financial implications are meaningful to the owner who is dependent upon the tenant levy statement to save his pocket. Belinda has also agreed to reconcile and make any necessary adjustments on his levy statement for any post differences. This is to ensure accuracy of billing.
