ANGOR - Do NOT do their job!!!!

I sold my Unit in Candice Glades in Northwold Johannesburg due to the extremely high rates and levies they charge for this residential complex.Arounf R3100 in total. The transfer attorneys for the sale and myself have been requesting the clearance figures in order to transfer the property to the new owner since October 2021 and up to now, December 2021, we have not received anything. I have just received a statement from this Body Corporate, which includes high interest for late payments but no clearance figures. They are very efficient when it comes to milking you out of money and even send debt collectors when the rates and levies are late. This is UNACCEPTABLE and extremely frustrating!

Can someone PLEASE do their job and send the clearance figures as at Dec 2021 as requested!

We received the request for clearance figures on 11 November 2021. The required forms to be completed by both seller and purchaser were returned to us on 8 December 2021. Because your levy account was handed over to an attorney for collection, we had to wait for confirmation from the Scheme’s appointed attorney for any collection costs to be added to the clearance figures. This has been received and clearance figures will be issued in due course, once approved by the Scheme Executives. The figures requested are valid till 31 December 2021.
