Angor Bad Property Specialists
Do yourself a favor and do not rent/buy property managed by Angor Property Specialists. I do not know how they can even call themselves specialists as they do not even have a clue of managing real estate. They will gladly take your levies money but they ignore all concerns regarding the complex. Rosewood Complex in Greenhills, Randfontein is a perfect example of a poorly managed estate by Angor.

While we understand your concerns, please be reminded that ANGOR is responsible for the financial management of the complex and not for maintenance.
Quotations were obtained for the gutters and a Trustee mentioned that he would be able to obtain better prices. The alternative service provider’s details have now been shared with the Caretaker, in order to obtain a second quote. The Caretaker will also obtain updated quotations from those who previously quoted prior to lockdown.
The Caretaker has been instructed to go ahead and repair the gutters at unit 52 in the meantime.
