Andres Julio - owner of a unit in the William
all i can say is they are pathetic, very quite to deduct my monthly levies but when it comes to sorting out the issue they not willing to help... i have been complaining about a leak in one of my rooms for the past year.... the leak is coming from the geysers that have burst in the past from other units... we have submitted a claim but gets rejected..... my unit now is getting mold on the wall and still Angor is not willing to assist me.....
If you have to rent our buy a unit and see that Angor is the property management team i advise to look somewhere else.

17 Sept 2020, 13:14Thank you for contacting us via Hello Peter. We have explained previously that ANGOR manages the finances of the Scheme and an Estate Manager manages the maintenance. As you were unable to get prompt assistance from the Estate Manager, ANGOR assisted you with information regarding insurance claims. The ANGOR Insurance Liaison has assisted you with claim forms and has followed up with you on the required information to submit an insurance claim for the resultant damage.
ANGOR has not received any notification that your claim has been rejected. On 27 August and again on 14 September, you were provided a letter from the Insurance Broker where the Insurer has specified documents required from you before they will proceed with finalisation of your claim. To date the Insurer has not confirmed acceptance of the documents you provided as sufficiently complete. We have contacted the Insurance Broker directly in an effort to obtain assistance for you in processing your insurance claim.
We assure you that ANGOR will continue to assist you with this insurance matter.
