A notch above the rest - thank you Kerryn Porter

I am a Realtor and specialise in rentals and maintenance and upkeep of the properties falls under my management. I reported a leaking pipe caused by blocked drain in the service area and Kerryn Porter was most efficient in her follow up and feedback. The response of the Trustees and contractors was dismal but Kerryn Porter provided me with continuous feedback and I am of the opinion that if it were not for her persistence that both my tenant and I would still be waiting to have this long overdue issue resolved.
