A nightmare!!!!
Have been an absolute nightmare, they are expensive and when you need there assistance- they are no where to be found. Calls go unanswered, internally processes that take forever for a simple update on figures??!!! Not worth the money they charge. Would not recommend. When you need things from them , they tell you about internal processes, which I think they don't even understand themselves. What a nightmare!!!!

When clearance figures are issued to a transferring attorney where there may be an outstanding amount due and collection costs recoverable, there can be delays in obtaining and confirming the correct total outstanding.

12 Dec 2025, 09:242 weeks later!!! Your initial figures submitted to us were incorrect causing a delay on the registration of the property.that is where my frustration is!!! And instead of you guys fixing it- I was told to do the running around between angor and the attorneys for the correct figures. Why was due diligence not done to ensure figures were correct to start with. I will be escalating the matter further for the delay caused on the property lodgement.
