I was having issues with the insurance process for a repair at my property and after much frustration I was referred to Janine. She has been absolutely fantastic! She communicated regularly with me regarding all updates and followed up with the insurance consistently until the issue was resolved! I'd still be struggling to get everything sorted if it wasn't for her.
