3 YEAR ROOF LEAK NOT FIXED

I reported a roof to Angor property management early 2014, and up to date (Aug 2016) I have been sent from pillar to post without any solution. Their staff has turned over several times but I am still stuck with a roof leak.

Insurance claim takes more than 19 days(and counting...) to process.

Contractors visit site and do not provide conclusive reports of damages, until I spelt it out for them. Still they took over 2 weeks to provide a quote for the job.

Communication from property agents has been pathetic and even after I follow up, new person handling query does not understand the issue so we start from scratch.

This is a pathetic *********** property management agency, lying and looting people's funds!!!

Please be advised that in an insurance claim, ANGOR acts only in a liaison capacity between the body corporate (the insured), the insurance broker and the insurance agency who is appointed by the complex. Our in-house insurance administrator acts on behalf of your body corporate, providing documentation and quotes where required. We are bound by the rules of the insurance policy which covers your complex and must follow procedures as stipulated by the insurer.
Your claim is for damage resultant from a leak in the unit above yours, located between the sliding door and the grouting in the supporting wall. This is unusual because the leak may be due to wear and tear as well as lack of maintenance by the owner and we await confirmation from your insurance company that this leak has been repaired before they will consider your claim for resultant damage.
Despite numerous attempts on our behalf, we still await proof from the owner of the unit from which the leak into your unit stems, that the cause of the damage has been fixed as per the quote and as required by your insurance company, so that we can proceed with your insurance claim. We will provide you with ongoing feedback on your claim and have sent you a private email with a full report on our investigation into this matter from its commencement date in 2014, where the original issue has already been attended to.
