Worst service at embassy ever!

I arrived to apply for my visa all paper work was correct and they asked i do EFT before application as stated on website. But came collection date and even on numerous arrangements for someone else to collect on my behalf. Persila the official behind the counter i spoke to said it would not be a problem to collect my visa on another date aslong as they brought the slip and proof of payment verified by bank. On wich they did on several occassions which they were told its not ready. Might i add this is beyond the date they stipulated it would be ready. Again and again excuses was produces even from a call from the jhb Angolan consulat did they not release my passport with visa. I recommend no one to use this consult as they are rude *********** and lairs.
