Im Manketso Mokoena, writting this message with tears rolling down ,my son(Moorosi Mokoena) passed away on the 24/11/2011 struck by rocks stones at the same mine,he was never married nor had children,i was called in and told that as a beneficiary they will keep in contact with me which they never did, and the case closed in 2013 where they paid a girlfriend as a beneficiary and call her a wife what is due to me and what is due to nominated dependants on the deceased, i still insist to get what is due to me and other family members of Mokoena who dependant on the deceased ,i have all the docs required but because im old my right are being violated without limit,im willing to meet with the mining management and explain everything that happenned because this is pure ***** and i refused to be violated like this ,dont you think that loosing my son is enough to deal with please explain why must i suffer like this? i am not leaving any stone unturned . According to them they are paying 3 children and a girlfriend called wife which we dont even know as a wife, we have all the proof that he(my son) was single and never married nor having any children whatsoever, not even one.case no C ********** contact no: ********** 619
