Pathetic after sales service

A quote was accepted by Anglo Windows to supply and install aluminium windows and doors for a new house built in Klipfonteyn 2, Gansbaai. After the goods was supp****, installed and paid for, a sealing problem was identified on the sliding windows. The salesperson, Hilton Hitge was contacted and he promised to attend to the problem. He was contacted on numerous occasions but with no response. The only joy I got was that he made a note in his dairy ! I am fed to keep on phoning him and reminding him of his obligations and this has been going on since May 2014
