Not willing to service their own windows if installed more than 5 years ago

This company is not willing to service their own windows if installed more than 5 years ago, as they only keep record of their customers up to 5 years ago. I haven't encountered such a stupid company policy anywhere ever, and because of this they do not deserve to be in business.
