they dont wanna transfer my files plz assist

Note that the transfer for the above mentioned client was declined 3 times already. The first two times the client was on status “A” and it was advised that the client did not wish to transfer.

The third time it was declined advising that the client is owing fees and is now been changed to a status “C”.

Please send through an invoice as well as all of the supporting documents (17.1, 17.2, and proposal) needed and advise how the client was deemed over indebted in that time frame.
