please help as i do not know what to do anymore

I have been under a debt review process for more than 3 years and paying accordingly even when I was asked to raise my payments by a thousand rand I did for the sake of sorting my problems then as I was over indebted.

what the person working for this company said would happen under debt review process was all a lie because all she said never happened I only payed and payed monthly while my debts were accumulating to unbelievable numbers that really disorganize and discourage a person whom is trying to sort out his life so they play an active role in the credit sector.

I recently asked for a distribution history and it showed that all the accounts I entered with into the process have actually doubled or tripled in amounts which is not coordinating with my monthly distributions and what my creditors are telling me as I just nearly lost a house and this really frustrates a person and I called in but the answer I got was "I do not work in that department find someone who works there I am just a messenger. call again later" the phone was never answered again.

I have been paying more than R10000 a month for more than 3 years and all the debts I entered with have accumulated in an amazing fashion.

question: how can this be resolved as it is actually worse than having a ********* record or jailed to be in a debt review process and be ill treated like an fool whom does not know their left foot from the right foot.

I still need an explanation as to how did one explain such miss informative data that now to me does not add up at all. two examples the distribution I got monthly said I am finished with my SA Home loans loan only to find out that I still owe more than R10000 from an initial R7000 debt and this is after 3 years of paying and when you look for answers no one can assist I was told to call again and no answer to date. second one i was told that I finished paying my bradlows furniture account only to find that my furniture was now in a process of being taken and I still owe about R1000

I will always turn to Hello Peter platform as it has been my only solace in this mad world of *********s preying on our downfall making sure they abuse rules to oppress us as creditors.

saying this is because I will need advise on handling this calamity caused to me and being made to sign on wrongful shared info that delays a person's progress on all ends. where did the money go

now in COVID19 i can not pay anything as all i have is for food for my family. please assist
