Please note that Nedbank Personal Loan, Finchoice and Norman Bisset (Jet) debited my account.

You guys advised that you will setup everything from your end and now I’m sitting without any cash because of you. I called Nedbank and Finchoice (could not get ahold of Norman Bisset). Both advised that they did not cancel their debit orders because they were awaiting information from you.

You assured me that you will take care of everything from your end. Your consultants then called again and assured me that everything was setup.

I came to you because I want to get out of debt and not get into more debt however I am now being told that I will have to wait 10 working days to receive refunds. This is not professional and I’m not impressed. I have things to pay but now I will have to make a loan just to be able to pay these things and then next month have interests to pay which is not my fault.

Please sort this out asap. I cannot wait 10 days for refunds.
