Nowhere to be found

Hi,

I signed up for the debt review when I was very young, didn't know what I was doing because I was so under pressure with my debts. The deals sounds good and everything was done telephonically, I wasn't even explained to me how it worked. They deducted from my account for about a year and when I went to the people I owed, I saw that they were not doing any payments. When I checked my Rage account which I owed 500 they were only paying R20 per month. I then decided to just not pay them and pay off my debts my self. Most of my debts are finished and I wanted them to cancel the contract , they are no where to be found. I I called all the numbers I could get but with no luck. I emailed them today because I am applying for a place to stay all I need is a letter that proves that I sighed up with them but no response. Please help me
