I NEVER SIGNED UP BUT MY NAME IS UNDER THEIR COMPANY DATABASE AND THEY REFUSE TO CALL ME FOR 3 YEARS!!!!

I have been waiting 3 years for this company to call me, I have never ever even signed up to/with this company for any help. I asked them so many times to contact me but they never ever did. I am really really at boiling point with this people and would live to know where they are so that they can remove me off their database, this company is **** and full of ******** and i refuse to accept that my name be on a database that i'm not even aware of!!!!
