bad back seat treatment service from Anglo Debt Assessors

i have been part of this organisation for the past 4 years and this company never seem to understand the need of a customer for starters, the introduction to the process was not properly explained and when i called needing to ask some more questions I could not get the person ever again.

the call was now answered by a very very rude lady whom her answers were always dismissive to me as i already had payed the monies into their account to do what they will with my money which nearly got me to end up losing my property and lively hood.

I am not happy with their service as when i hit covid19 and lost my income for a good 10 months and all companies started calling me direct as they were not getting monies from the organisation. they people from Anglo Debt Assessors never called nor send a single sms or email to notify me of anything including the distribution letter stopped and nothing happened from thereon.

i do not know if i am still in debt review as i called my attorneys to try and find them to explain about my position with them and they also failed to find them till today when i got an email from the attorneys saying they cannot find them anywhere. i have been calling their number on their website but it goes directly to voice notifying about the nonexistence of the number.

i need to know of my status as this has an effect on me acquiring further employment with regards to my bad status as most of the accounts in the process are payed-up and letters are emailed as proof.

please help me get out of the problem.
