ANGLO DEBT REVIEW COMPANY

I have been flagged as being under debt review by this company. They have a document that was signed electronically which is not my signature. I am married in COP and my husband is not under debt review. Please urgently advise on how I can get the debt review off my name as I do not have funds for going to court for handwriting experts to prove it is not my signature
