Anglo Debt causers!

Not impressed at all with the service i have received so far. I made an agreement with Anglo consultant Raeeqah, who assured me my first debit order would come off on the 30 April 2019, and it came off a day before! The debit bounced causing bank charges for me, on top of all this, my creditor deducted my normal monthly premiums anyway! Now im sitting with far less money instead of the other way around! I am so upset for the fact that i cant get hold of anyone from this company and the woman responsible for my account does not reply or answer my calls! Im going to have to report this further as i have been ******!
