Poor service and dishonesty from Anglo Auctioneers

About 18 months ago, Anglo Auctioneers sold some items of ours and there was a real battle to get payment. Eventually we went in person and the manager told some sob story about a staff member who was *****ing his money. They then paid us. This year we put some more items on auction and getting payment has been like pulling teeth. One cannot speak to management, the staff are not allowed to give you their numbers. They don't answer their emails, don't pay when they promise. From what I have read about them, these people are total ********s. Don't do business with them. On investigation it looks as though they do not even belong to the SA Institute of Auctioneers!
