Invoice still not PAID!!!

<p>Anglo American Global Shared Services</p> <p>This Co placed an order with me to supply material. It is a once off vendor. We have delivered the materials on the 8 Nov. 2016. It was signed and send to stores for processing. On the 10 Nov. 2016 it was GRN and send for payment. The order was a immediately payment on delivery and till now we haven't received any payment from them. I phone numerous times and send emails. Cost me lots of money and time and all they say is that it is processed and send to the bank for payment. Its a month and still no payment. <br />I want payment to be sorted out ASAP. This is unacceptable and really bad service</p>
