Anglo American not paying Provident Fund for their employees who passed on.

I write this Review with a sad heart because we lost our father last year Nover who was an Anglo American employee for over 15 years. We haven't received his pension fund up to today n HR consultants who are Tshepo, Thuli, Dladla n Tshintsani are very rude when we ask about our fathers contribution. Apparently my dad's collegues contributed money on his passing n it was sent to HR however as a family we never received it. All we ask is that they pay my father's contributions. It's been 6 months n when we ask them, they telling us that we impatient.
