Do not order from them

On Dec 7th I sent a mail asking if they can stock check a couple of items I were interested in (Reason being there is always some product not in stock even if the website shows items in stock). I have only received a reply on the 13th of Dec stating that they do have all items. I proceeded to ask if this items will be delivered by the 22nd as this is Christmas gifts, which they said won't be a problem. As I phoned today (22nd) to follow up because I haven't received a tracking number yet, the lady rudely told me there is nothing she could do. I have ordered multiple times from them each time a different story as to why it's late or not in stock. I'm a really unhappy chap at the moment.
